The time has finally come: my new consultancy service for small and medium-sized enterprises is launched to provide sound and affordable advice to founders and established SMEs.
My topics: Scaling, merger, business field development
Are scaling, mergers or business development topics that are currently on your mind or will be in the near future? If so, you can arrange a free strategy meeting with me. My wish is to share my know-how with companies that usually do not have enough time, personnel or money to afford a live business consultancy – although they urgently need it.
I support you
- in the adaptation of structures and processes when companies outgrow their infancy and become larger;
- in mergers, so that you can make consistent use of synergies and at the same time avoid duplication of structures;
- in the development of new business areas from the market environment or of existing potentials in the company that have been underused or not used at all so far.
Well prepared, well advised!
Why is my advice professionally and attractively priced? Quite simple: like many others, I expanded my knowledge of online consulting during the pandemic and realised that there is a lot of untapped potential here that could benefit small and medium-sized enterprises in particular.
The mere fact that I no longer have to spend time travelling across the country as a strategy consultant already saves you a lot of money. Many preliminary tasks, for example the compilation of facts and figures, can be done by you and your employees with a meaningful checklist even without my personal presence. This also saves expensive consultant days, as do videos and worksheets that I have prepared for you to make online meetings more efficient from the first meeting onwards.
Of course, we also get to know each other in person – but in a well-dosed way, according to your needs.
At the end of the project we take stock: What went well, what did you take away? In this way we ensure that you can build on your insights and knowledge in similar projects in the future.
